My Vision & Philosophy

Welcome to Y's Ethos Gyoseishoshi Office. The name "Y's Ethos" combines my personal initial, "Y," with "ETHOS," representing the ideal spirit and principles I strive to embody in my practice.

ETHOS stands for five core values that guide everything I do:

  • Effort
  • Trust
  • Happiness
  • Ownership
  • Sustainability

Ota City is a dynamic community where diverse generations and cultures coexist harmoniously, creating a wide range of needs. To meet these expanding needs, even in a small way, I'm working to broaden the scope of my administrative services step by step.

In my interactions with every client, I dedicate myself to sincere dialogue, making continuous Effort to truly share and understand your challenges. By building strong Trust, I treat your Happiness with a deep sense of Ownership—as if it were my own—and work tirelessly to help solve your problems.

Through the accumulation of these meaningful connections, I aim to contribute to the Sustainability and well-being of our local community.

As an independent Gyoseishoshi practitioner, I look forward to building genuine relationships and being of service to you.
